CitySafe has enabled Virgin Atlantic to receive timely and relevant information alerts enabling us to make informed security judgements about additional security and protective measures we may need to implement, to ensure the continued safety of our passengers, staff and assets.

Terrorist activities often involve simultaneous and systematic attacks, and an incident at a particular venue may signal that other attacks are about to be executed, or are in the advanced planning stages. A recent example of this being the failed vehicle bomb attacks in central London which were shortly followed by an attack against a public terminal at Glasgow Airport.
