Integrated Risk Management Process

Overview

A comprehensive risk management framework that includes risk/incident categorisation. Each risk/incident type can have an associated risk threshold to monitor exposure and appetite, and capture risk trends and analysis over time for ongoing reporting.

A Dashboard view using a Red/Amber/Green traffic light indicator delivers a simple but powerful “near real time” management reporting tool, dynamically visualising risk and incident exposure and sending individual trigger notification emails based on the thresholds set.

Security, Risk & Resilience Assessments

Overview

Custom assessment forms allow regular security/risk/BC assessments to be captured directly into system and automatically associated to relevant assets/premises. The information can be manipulated and feed relevant risk grades, tasks etc.

Many large organisations conduct a number of different assessments in relation to assets/premises, key resources, supply chains and even complex process. These traditionally exist as either spreadsheets or word documents with little or no association and effect on the asset or resource they are related to.

Often the results of these assessments will be key in estimating risks, security gaps/requirements, recovery objectives etc with many of the important outcomes and tasks then tracked manually again within another stand alone environment.

Incident Logging & Escalation

Overview

A powerful electronic occurrence log to capture and record any type of incident, event or risk. Custom categories and additional information fields ensure that information is captured and recorded based on the organisations procedures, automatically capturing status conditions and other workflow processes that save significant time and provide a powerful reporting and analysis function and a full audit of events/incidents and all the associated updates.

With the ability to send event logs as immediate notifications to nominated groups and individual users it also links incidents with immediate notifications to key personnel.

Automated Reporting

Overview

Reporting templates automatically capture and present any type of data in a custom report format at a designated time interval, or “on demand”. Reports are displayed with tables/graphs and comparisons to make assessment easier.

Additional analytics allow deeper review as required.

Task Management & Monitoring

Overview

Tasks can be set for individuals and groups and can be associated to premises, incidents/events, risk/security assessments, basically anything within the ISAR platform. Automatic reminders to the task owner and task assignee(s) ensure nothing falls between the gaps, and optional daily, weekly or monthly summaries ensure all key staff are kept informed.

Tasks can also be used to support internal project/programme managers within the security, risk and resilience functions in coordinating the ongoing internal programmes and projects.

Tasks are presented in contextual view to any element they are associated to for example a task to replace a broken camera under a security risk assessment would appear with the risk assessment but also when viewing the premises that has the camera.

All tasks can also be viewed in a single page view and quickly filtered based on any number of parameters.
