Common Information Picture
Overview
For significant “escalated” incidents the web based information log captures all information updates, maps, tasks, SitReps, and in fact any information or status the crisis/response team requires, all in one place.
Other information such as Who is the security point of contact at that building, what is the BC plan, What impact does a 600m cordon have on that premises etc is captured in one place through the existing pre planning packs and “Information Profiles” sections.
Integrated group notification means that mobile and virtual teams are kept informed and everyone involved has the same common information picture. Custom Categories types used for recording and sharing of information can have specific task/actions automatically triggered when they are logged. Standard Operating Procedures can be associated to “pop” when a particular category is selected ensuring the right information and protocols are used at the right time.

Group Notification & Mobilisation
Overview
Integrated notification to pre set groups and ad hoc recipients that can be automatically built into the information workflow or can be manually triggered.
The rich information within ISAR provides the capability to link to a much more comprehensive and detailed message for the initial notification which reduces the need to follow up with phone calls or other communications means. Additionally, recipients can reply to an incident directly from the mobile device.

Overview
The coordination and management of Business Continuity and Recovery management involves a lot of disparate information. Details of assets/premises, key contacts, plans and objectives, key recovery time lines actions etc. Often this information is held in a static format (such as spreadsheets and word documents) which takes valuable time to work through and delivers little if any information management and response capability to the team.
ISAR provides all of the business continuity related detail for assets/resources and key activities. All of the planning and response information in one place and relative to the asset/resource concerned through a unique approach called “Information Profiles”.
