The Challenge:

Deliver and coordinate a sensitive two day exercise workshop to the G8 Nations

The Solution:

The Health Protection Agency (HPA) and the FBI used Pulse to deliver a two day exercise workshop to the G8 nations. During the exercise, the G8 Nations were represented by Health and Law Enforcement agencies and divided into four syndicates. Pulse was used to deliver the exercises within each syndicate quickly and easily capture the response and collate the key issues, which were automatically identified for the ‘Hot Debrief’, giving the client an instant view of the key issues and gaps. Each participating nation also received a CDRom containing the exercise and results, automatically compiled by the Pulse system, saving the HPA and the FCO four weeks of collation and report production.
